EXTREMELY poor customer service

The corporation is HORRIBLE! They consider your cash — pronto — then consider their nice moment having your material delivered. Required mine almost fourteen days to make it to me. 8 weeks later, among the components I requested was faulty. I experimented with email them. No reply. Then I named and left a note. However no reaction. And so I delivered the faulty item back again to them having a notice detailing the issue. Which was fourteen days before. No reaction to that both. Today I am out $25 without any option because it the cost was placed on a bank card. The tackle they employ is just a PO Box. They've terrible opinions on another criticism site aswell. Desire I'd observed these BEFORE I requested. I'd NEVER conduct business with this specific organization again and might suggest that others steer clear also, if you don't've got cash to get rid of.
