Walmart terrible customer service - Eyeglass Frames

Walmart frames are out dated as soon as you purchase them. We purchased a pair of frames in December by May the frames were discontinued. The frames broke in an accident, but the lens were still good. So we wanted to put the undamaged lenz in replacable frames, Customer service stated we could not do this. We were told that we had to purchase new lenz and frames.

What a joke.
