Bad Customer Service

While AB Designs picture frames are absolutely stunning, their customer service falls short. I have purchased several of their frames through local boutiques and decided to go directly to their website and design my own. No discount for buying directly from them, understandable. But receiving a $15 invoice 3 weeks after submitting my order and 1 week after receiving it - I felt was a bit high not to mention should have been on my original invoice. Then when I was not happy with the ribbon color, they would not even respond to my emails to fix it. Stick with your local boutiques!
