Wrong Merchandise Recieved - prescripton eyeglasses

The website did not let me review my order prior to it going through. No dollar total was ever given to me, no shipping cost stated. I never recieved a receipt for my purchase. The prescription eyeglasses were not the frames I had ordered. The company tells me that it is my mistake - although, the frames I recieved are not even close to the color of the frames I ordered, let alone the same frame style. They will not exchange them at no cost to myself. With no receipt, it's my word against theirs. Even the box that the glasses were shipped in did not contain a receipt or even a packing slip.
