4 attempts to repair central ac and now won't call me back in legal dept but won't give phone numbe

3 attempts to repair central ac unit (over a two week period) on the fourth the tech informed me because they didn't fix it right the first 3 times now the compressor is bad - was told they would over night the new parts - 48 hrs went by when I called them they said they can't find the parts - told them I was going to talk with a lawyer if I didn't get an answer as to when they would get the parts - now they turned it over to thier legal dept - when I asked for the phone number they said they don't have legal's phone number and "someone" would be in contact?
