Overcharge -high interest rate

Our providian card was offered to SST Card Companies last March. Since that time, each month they've been growing my rate of interest that will be currently as much as 30.24%. I've never missed a cost. I've never been overdue (despite the fact that they alter my due date each month and that I need to be careful to see my statement and discover the deadline). I often spend even greater than the necessary cost since I'm looking to get gone the corporation. I actually donot have a card to make use of with this consideration since once they purchased my bill from Providian, they never delivered me a brand new card. May they are doing this?
