Sears nonworking refrigerator - Kenmoore Fridge. Product resolution dept

We had a repair person to our house. I was told that the compressor was not functioning and the evaporator was not functioning. The parts arrived by next day air. At that point I was told to call for a service call and to tell them it was a two man, three hour job. I called I was told that the repair people would be here between 8am and 12 am today (July 23). When they hadn't arrived by 12:15 I was told the repair service was for next Tuesday (July 30). When I tried to talk to a supervisor I was told that the supervisor would say the same thing. I repeated my request to talk to a supervisor, the lady hung up on me.
