Ripoff the business that doesnt give a dam

I was in a bad auto accident and was off work for a conciderable time and i contacted verizon to try and set up a payment plan. After i talked to them i thought everything was set up?

Then i got a call from a collection company demanding payment in full! I exsplained to them the situation and that i had set up a payment plan but the bottom line is "we dont care, our client wants they're money".
So i made arrangements with these leeches and paid everything. Thinking that was all done i got a credit report and the account with verizon was stated as a charge off?
Since then i've made it a personal quest to advise people
{known or not }of the buisness practices of verizon wireless.
