Ripoff TECHNICIAN STOLE 100.00 I gave for payment Sears still claiming I owe

Techician found 100.00 in dryer that he was working on in my home. 100.00 was suppose to be used toward the bill but the techician never credited my account for that 100.00 and charged me for the full amount. Customer Service was rude. I would not recommend hiring Sears to do service in your home.
