Strange Payment Confirmation Email Without Having an Account

I have no account with them at all. I do have a printed copy of the e-mail if usacomplaints. Coms needs it, I will send it, it was sent to more then one person. I got a strange e-mail from verizonwireless that says the following

Thank you for your payment

Your bill payment has been applied to your Verizon Wireless account. Here are the details of your payment confirmation. Payment Amount: $1200.22
