Extremely disappointed

I am very dissatisfied with my experience with MastersLoft.com

My church was a new customer in 2009. We ordered a significant amount of VBS material through their website.

Part of the reason we ordered through them was the return policy which assured us that we could return any VBS material in sellable condition before August 31. We took pains to make sure we kept unused materials in sellable condition during our VBS.

When we attempted to return less than 5% of our original order our package was refused and returned. Our calls and emails have gone unanswered. Now it seems that due to the ‘economy’ they are shuttering their operation.

I feel that I have been treated in bad faith. They have not been true to their own policies, and they have stolen money from a church.

I will never do business with them again.
