Hi all you angry Aldo Consumers. I am an Aldo employee... With no life apparently. Anyway just wanted you all to know... Not sure how old these comments are but, Aldo has a new return policy, and its return if in sellable condition. I. E not worn. With it's original receipt. There isn't even a time limit anymore. And they are really good with exchanges on damaged items. But like any company they strive on growing, and when a company grows they have to increase the amount of products that they make, and when you make a fifty thousand shoes a day a few of them may have defects. Not every Aldo store is the same in customer service, they strive to make it so. It's a work in progress. Rome wasn't built in day. Sorry you all don't like Aldo... Because we like you:)
