I ordered two Harveys seatbelt wallets from the seller on May 17. From material girl website, under return policy, seller stated that "if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a refund. *all domestic orders receive free return shipping." Then, "all domestic orders receive free return shipping one time per order. Material girl will email you a return postage label, pre-paid, for you to mail back to us at our cost." I feel like if there is anything wrong with the products, I can still return the wallet and just by following their procedure (sending name and reason) I can get my money back if there is anything wrong with the order. However, when I received the order the wallet was a lot larger than my other Harveys wallet, and that made me feel like they are the defective items. So I contact seller, and Scott told me it was ok to send them back to him, and he will refund the return shipping once items receive. Then when he received the items, he only offered partial refund and refused to refund my shipping fees. I tried to contract him with the issue. He then made up some lies and refused to return my shipping fees like he had promised on his website and also in person on phone. And today, when I checked his website again, he changed his return policy with this addition line "Should more than 2 returns be made, material girl reserves the right to refund the original payment less our original shipping costs."!!! This is just not the way to do business.
