Efaucets beware - customer service

I am extremely disgruntled after calling customer service to make a return. Upon talking with my plumber, I learned that I had ordered the wrong faucet set. I quickly emailed to request return instructions and was sent a reply saying the returns could only be handled by phone (which was the first disappointment - order online but have to call to make a return). That email from customer service had no other return policy information. I called and reached a representative over 30 days later (waited over 12 minutes to finally reach someone) and was told that I could not return the unused items due to a 30 day return policy. I understand the policy, but not why customer service would send me an email without the policy. The representative on the phone was extremely rude and refused to give me a phone number of a supervisor or complaints department. After this horrible experience, I read on several sites that I should not have purchased from efaucets.
