Has the worst customer service. NEVER purchase from them!

I purchased a shirt from NFLSHOP.com in August as a Hannukah gift for my wife. I made the purchase in August since the shirt she picked out had been sold out before and I did not want to risk it not being available if I waited. The regular return policy for NFLSHOP.com does state that returns of items in original condition are accepted within 30 days but I emailed customer service and they said that they were going to be coming out with a holiday return policy that would extend the period of time you could return an item if it was purchased as a holiday gift. I gave my wife the shirt the other day as a Hannukah gift and it does not fit. I contacted NFLSHOP.com and was told that their holiday return policy does allow for returns until January 31 but purchase had to be made between November 1 and December 31. I have the shirt in brand new, never worn condition with all tags on it and they won't take it back. To add to my frustration, there is no phone number to call customer service&only email. Unfair!
