Unauthorized charges made on my att phone bill for "virus protection" Internet

Eceived att bill and found an unauthorized charge of $14.95 for the month of april and may. I called the company after much redirecting. They say they are an internet virus protector and that my tenant added this to their computer. My tennant vehemently denies this and i believe her.

Initially told by the customer service agent that the charges were made in may. When i reminded her the bill was for april and may, she told me that it was done in may. When i questioned this, she said it was done in april and that is what she said in the first place. I was transcribing exactly what she said as she said it so i know she was lying. She was very aggressive and confrontational and this was before i questioned her about the situation.

I called back to ask for a supervisor. They told me i had just spoken to one. I said i spoke to a first line agent and not a supervisor. I was finally connected to another person who was equally confrontational and aggressive. He agreed to cancel the service but did not offer a refund. I absolutely do not believe this is on the up and up.
