When my ebay item for $55.99 never arrived at my home. I contacted the seller? He sent me a tracking number by email... Usps #420069059101805213907236421484. As you can see when tracking on USPS.com, the final address is a zip code, and it is not even my zip code as listed correctly listed on the transaction.

This gets better... I then opened pay pal dispute Non-receipt - Claim. The seller than provided the PayPal with a completly different tracking number as part of the resolution process... USPS tracking # 420069069101805213907216769704. As you can see when tracking on USPS.com. It is my correct zip code, but not my final address as listed on Paypal Unique Transaction ID

Nothing ever made it to my home, and he managed to get the dispute closed.

Since then, I contacted USPS Consumer Affairs, and they sent me a detailed tracking report which shows the package went to a DEAD MAIL center in New York, and I went through a lengthy appeal process with PayPal..

The whole time me and the seller exchanged arguments over email... I have a string of about 20 emails back and forth. He harrassed me in these emails, and threatened me the whole time about leaving negative feedback (which I eventually left).

After I left negative feedback, he tried to give me a "no-payment strike". I had the strike immediately removed once I provide the paypal receipt that I paid for this item.

Even if it provides extra hassels for him, I just want to make sure nobody has to go through what I went through. I received no item, and I am out $55.99...

Also note that he changes his name constantly on eBay so beware when buying jerseys on eBay... You dont want to end up in the mess I ended up in.

Dont ever buy from this guy!
