Justin & Dawn Moore ripoff dishonest fradulent auction selle

I purchased the item off of Ebay and Paid through paypal. The item was supposed to be shipped PRIORITY MAIL (I paid for Priority Shipping). It is now almost a month later and I still have not received anything. I was provided with a tracking number from PayPal given to them by the seller. When I checked the tracking number with the USPS, it was invalid. The seller then said he called the USPS and the item must have been lost in the mail. I contacted the USPS and they were unable to confirm the item was even shipped because the tracking number was invalid. The seller then said he would ship me out a new phone and give me the tracking number that night. Over a week has passed and no responce from him.

*UPDATE* I recently filed a claim with E-Bay & PayPal. Pay has notified me that they find the seller at fault and will try to recover any money for me.
