Fraudulent charge

My wife placed a classified ad in The Jewish Voice weekly paper on 05/25. She talked to a representative, (Meloni / ext. 21) who took the ad and placed it in the paper for four weeks for $50. She gave her America Express credit card and allowed her to charge the $50. The next day another representative (Sherona) called from the paper and asked me to place an ad in the paper. I told her that my wife placed the ad in the paper the day before. She's got very upset, because we didn't place the ad with her. She told us she is handling our account. We told her we were not aware of that, and the ad will be in the paper next week and said goodbye. I've just received my AMEX statement, where I had 2 charges from The Jewish Voice. One was on my wife's card for $50 and the other one was on my card for $105 that I never authorized. This is not the first time we have false charges from the newspaper. The last time it took us a good 2 weeks to take care of the problem. We used to advertise with them and it seems like they kept all of our credit card information on file. This is not right they can just charge any amount to the card without authorization. This is stealing.in this economy when you try to help and give business, the appreciation shouldn't be taking advantage of the client and took his money. I've already contacted AMEX and disputed the $105 charge, also changing my credit card number, so they can't do this to me again. After this incident I will never-ever want to deal with this company again. Be aware of this newspaper. They don't do as they say. They even promised they will send a copy of my ad what I never received.
