Inc. Ripoff

I couple of weeks ago i received a telephone call at work.

The man that called me was vince and he was from nco financial systems.

He told me that i owe citibank 3,384 and some change.

I told him i did not owe any such bill and not to call me at work but call my wife at home and discuss the matter with her so it could get straighted out.

Vince, then called my wife.

My wife got a little infomation from him, and she explained that it could not have been my bill due to the fact i was in the military, stationed in georgia, not at the place in kentucky, where they stated the bill was addressed and the credit card was sent.

Vince, talked to my wife like a dog and my wife told him she would send him the copies of my discharge papers that had the date of entry and the day i got out.

He told her that would not help the only thing that would stop them from calling was if we sent them the money.

Even thou it's is a fraud account.

So, my wife sent in the paper to prove that this could not have been my account.

Well, vince from nco is still calling.

He called my wife friday, my wife told him that she sent the paper to prove this is not my account and not to be harrassing us anymore.

Well, he say he was calling until this bill is paid in full.

He also stated he did not care what paper we sent in, it was our bill and we was going to pay $3,385.00 or he would not stop.

I have done every thing i know to do.

This is not my account and i have proven that, but they do not care.

Please help take care of this please.
