Ripoff mislead recorded me with nothing about a charge for paper chris perry

I own a rv repair shop in Florida with a credit card machine. Which is furnish by regular credit card company. On or about 5/18/05 Commercial Paper call me with information on my credit card machine asking how paper was and they were now suppling the paper for me per my credit card company was now using them from now on. There never was a charge mention. I even ask and was told again ther was no charge. But then they transfer to a other person now to record my conversation to ok the shipment of 24 rolls of paper and verify the shipping address and again no charges of any kind were going to be bill to my company. 30 days later i received a bill for 180.00 including shipping of 20.00 I try to return but they would not accept it at a po box that is all I had at the time. I made several calls to them with no solution other than we will turn over to collections, which they did I thought. A place call CP collections. Then on 08/24/05 I was contacted by Chris Perry who said they would take it out of collection for 80.00 Which after a long argument with how this company did business I agree to pay by credit card on that same day. This was not a collection company but CP paper company Then 2 or 3 days later I received a other call trying to charge me again that I had not paid the bill yet. They did send me a letter taking me off there data base big deal! This company needs to stop from ripping of other small business. I did turn them in here florida and I received back a letter from the state that there sending it on to MA office of the attorney general Consumer protection & antitrust division. Ken
