I ask for a literature review. I needed something simple to help me with the subject, not to deliver.
The first paper was a copy of an original from 2005 that I already had download for free from the internet.
I asked for full refund in the same day I received the paper and I was told that that could not happen, I could only ask for a revision. The next day I had a charge on my credit card.
The second paper came 1 day later. The changes introduced were basically the use of synonyms so that I couldnt say it was a full copy.
Kept assking for refund and nothing...
Now I am afraid they keep charging me, after all they have my card details.
Be careful with these people.
