Where's my ad?!?

After placing a classified real estate classified ad in a newspaper I received a call from D'Vorah at Jewish Voice on 06/17/09/ She asked if I'd like to place the same ad in her paper.

I agreed to do that and authorized a $90 charge on my American Express card.

As I am not a subscriber I asked for a copy of the paper so that I could read the ad.

Unlike the previous ad, I've received not one reponse which is very strange.
I also never received the paper.

It's now 07/09/09 and I've called the paper several times. D'Vorah is never there to speak with me. I've left my name and number more than once. No one has called. I asked to speak with a manager and gotten nowhere.

The last call that I made had some nameless person yawn as she said, "You know. It's the summer. Things are slow."

I don't have "to know" anything other than the fact that they took my money and did nothing.

I have filed a dispute with Amex.
