Free installation - false advertising

I signed up last September for a great (at the time) two year contract. I was promised free installation as well as one free move. I let them know I would be moving in 10 months which they said was no problem. I was told someone would come out to remove existing dish and set up a new one at my new place. When I called to transfer services I realized I was completely misinformed. The move is ONLY free after a full year of services which I am just two months shy of. Not only do I have to pay to reinstall but they will not come uninstall the dish at my apartment. Apparently apartments like to keep old dishes plastered
on the balcony. After calling management at direct tv I received absolutely no help or proper explanation for the companies false advertising. I called the apartment complex to inquire of their dish policy and they explained that if I leave it there it will cost me $100.
Very unsatisfied and will no longer recommend direct tv to anyone.
