Wal-Mart
No Service

I called Wal-Mart in my home town of Pensacola, Florida (we Have 3) and ask to speak to someone in toys there was no answer. The associate that answered the phone told me the item I was looking was in the toy dept. She then connected me to that dept. No Answer, the associate that answered did not get back with me! After 10 mintues I called back and ask to speak to a Customer Service Manger at which time she connected me with customer Service which I told the girl I did not want to speak to her I wanted a Customer Service Manger, she connected me to the dressing room, that lady in turn said I will connect you, after waiting 15 minutes I called back again, got the Customer Service Manger (or so said) I told him my problem and he said "we do not have anyone in that dept." at which time I said then get someone that can answer my question, he in turn said give me your name and phone # and I will have someone get in touch with you. I went ahead and told him what I wanted to save time. That has been 3 hours ago and noone has called me back.
I have worked in retail for 25 years and goo customer service is to get back with the customer when noone answers the phone and then you don't tell a customer "there is noone in that dept." You get the information the customer wants by getting someone to answer the question even if it means getting the store manger.
In the mean time I called another Wal-Mart we have in town and it was the same thing no answer. That will never happen to me again as I will not call or go in the store (any) again and believe me I will tell every customer we have of the service I recieved.
I would like to have a answer to this letter
