Registry Price Not Adjusted and Checkout Limited to 5 Items

I walked up to the cash register and was lucky that the person there was the manager. I was buying items from the registry list and the registry price was cheaper than the store price. He told me to go to customer service and they would give me the cheaper price.

I waited in line for customer service and Jessica helped me and made my day miserable. I told her there were different prices and asked her to adjust the price, and she said no, we do not do that. I said fine, can I check out my items here at customer service? She said I could only check out 5 items. I said OK, here are the 5 items. After I finished I said here are the next 5 items, and she said no, she could only check out 5 items per customer... So I would have to go back and stand in line for the third time, and she said sorry, she could not do that. I spent half an hour just to check out my items and I was still not done.

I went back to the checkout line, and while the lady was scanning my items I told her what had happened. She said she would tell the manager. The manager told me no problem and called someone whose name I do not know. She was trying to help me, but Jessica saw her, went to her and told her no, we cannot do that. After that I really lost my mind. I went back to the manager and he finally did it for me...

So please can somebody talk to Jessica and teach her what customer service means? I spent over 50 minutes because Jessica decided to give me a hard time.
