Unhappy with service

Eing in retail for over 30 yrs i know alot about customer service i have work many areas mostly customer service i called the mt pleasant store looking for a brand name of dog food i was put on hold for at least 10 tens and the same lady finally came back to say maybe she could help me again put on hold and this time never to return after a good ten or fifteen minutes i gave up and hung up the phone it is a 50 miles drive for me to go to the mt pleasant store one way and at 4.00 a gal for gas just make more sence for me to call first so now i will be going to the meijers store because they did get me a price sad service when so many peolpe are out of work and the ones working do not have the time to answer a small question really need to work on customer service in that store for sure thank for your time betty schweikert
