I work right next door to K-mart in Center City Philadelphia, Everytime I go in this store I breath deeply wondering if I really want to go thru the stress of ignorant customer service. I went in to purchase my little girl cartoon tatoos. I grabbed the ones I wanted went to the register the woman there saids the stickers were ringing up nothing and lays them on the side without confrming if I still wanted them I told her I wanted them could she not call someone to check the price, she rolled her eyes picked up the phone to call the dept but asking me where I got them from. She tells the other person on the phone " can you check a price because this customer didn't look for it" I kept calmed just wanting to get out of there. Another incident i went thru 3 people before someone literally took the time to look for the key to open the dressing room for me... With this said I called the following day to speak with a manger a girl picked up by the name Tamika stating she was a supervisor SHE SOUNDED SO FUSTRATED answering so I asked for her last name she said she couldn't give it to me and quickly said "hold on" put me on hold and never came back on the phone, I wait 6 minutes before hanging up. If I can't call the store to complain then who can I talk to regarding the customer service in this K-mart... You have so many people coming in this store and since I've been with this company I work for (10 years) that k-mart gets worse and worse. My son works for the K-mart in Delaware State they have issues as well but my god I really don't see it this bad. Some one needs to monitor these people from the customer service desk to floor people, security guard this store is in a gallery and it the worse in appearance and customer service and please believe that my whole entire company feels this way so you can imagine what other people believe as well.
