On the 11 of May I order BellaBrite tooth Whitening, it had a 8 day trial period. I received the box on the 14 of May cancel on the 20th of May
2009. I charge my account the full $78.41 on the 16 of May When I called the company for them to refund my money they told me that my trial was up on the 19 of May and that my trial period began at the time i place the order that was before I received the order so by the time you receive the box in the mail your trial is almost up. How can your trial period begin before they ship the order.
