This is a pretty easy going report. To date I have only lost out on $67. The first mistake I made was payment by PayPal. Unlike a bank statement showing such information as a phone number to contact the seller, PayPal doesn't have that (if so I couldn't find it). Anyway one of the reasons I made the decision to purchase Social Media Formula was because it has a guarantee of "you can cancel at any time without additional charges and have your money refunded if within the first 30 days". Well I made the decision to cancel, but the problem is there is no website or phone number for assistance. My 30 days is closing fast and although I keep getting emails from these people, when I reply it comes back mail not deliverable. Word of advice to anyone who buys on the internet with a money back guarantee, make sure there is a phone number or website to have someone to ask for your refund. I can only hope I don't get more charges.
