Newweboutlets No Advertising Assistance, No Commissions on website sales

I purchased a website from Web Media Malls and the website is up and I have been driving traffic to this website, however I have not received any commissions. I believe that sales are happening, but I am not being told about them and receiving my commission checks. There is no method on their website to tell whether there was even a sale made and no assistance was provided with advertising assistance that I was supposed to receive. I believe that I have been scammed, but unfortunately, it took me a long time to realize it. The purchase was on 10/29. Is there any recourse at this point, or am I just out of my money and just need to stop spending money on advertising? Please let me know. Ideally, I would just like my $299.00 back. I know that the time and any money spent on advertising I cant get back.

Of course, one of the reasons I was suckered into buying into this is because they talk about their money back guarantee and their $300 in value of affiliate advertising. When I tried to reach them on the phone to inquire about the guarantee or anything else for that matter, I can't get through on the phone. Originally, when I could get on the phone I was told someone would call me back and they never did. Now, when I call the number 877-843-7925, the response "this number is temporarily unavailable". It appears to me that they took advantage of enough people that they closed up shop and took off with the money and now they can't be reached except maybe through a lawsuit.
