PayPal ripoff, unreasonable account limitation, hold money RIPOFF Internet

I am a PayPal customer. My account was limited at PayPal and they want me to fax over my driver license, bank statement etc for verification. I did what they asked. Several days later PayPal told me they couldn't lift my account there because PayPal links me to another person at my address. PayPal told me the other person at my address has to provide his/her social security number to PayPal before PayPal can lift the limitation on my account.

I have talked with Dustin, with customer service ID 7209 at PayPal at Omaha Nebraska office. His attidue is very rude, and doesn't listen to what I have explain to him. He kept telling me until the other person reveals his/her social security number to PayPal, there is nothing I can do.

This is really ridiculous policy, and I am not responsible nor authorized to provide other's social security to PayPal. But PayPal will limit my finanical assets there without interest as long as it doesn't have the other person's social secuiryt number.
