I recently had to return a purchase at the Charleston, WV Bandolino store. Store policy is no returns without a receipt, and unworn merchandise only. The product was defective, but I didn't have the receipt anymore and it had definitely been worn.
Dina, the store manager, not only processed the exchange for a new product, she handled the whole thing with a great attitude, very professionally, and really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would be thrilled with how she handled it even if I HADN'T been happy with the outcome, because her attitude was wonderful. And this at Christmas, when EVERYONE is cranky!
I'm a customer for life, or at least for as long as Dina works there!
