Bandolino Boot Tape

I am very disappointed. I purchased a pair of Bandolino boots an essential piece of my weekday wardrobe and two shoe makers refused to repair them. The boot has black tape covering the heel and the tape has unraveled. Money down the drain. If the shoe maker cannot repair then I wasted my money on this brand.
