Billing adjustment doubles shipping cost on eBay sale

Third time in the last year! UPS, what a company! I sell stuff on eBay...

I sell a large item, check shipping, and put in approximate weight and package size... They accept package locally, then right before it's delivered they send me an extra bill stating the packages is almost twice the weight? And two inches larger than stated so I owe over double what I paid? So now i have lost money on the eBay sale, paid eBay fees, PayPal fees, and now UPS rips me off?

The statement they sent me even had two weights listed on it...

It was accepted locally but they do not say where it was supposedly weighted, by who? And no proof whatsoever that I didn't ship it right. They also send these emails out on saturdays when it's convenient that their 800 number is closed til business hours on monday. Nice racket eh?

I will never ship UPS again unless they resolve my complaint... Otherwise everyone I know that ships will move to fed ex costing them way more than they bargained for.
