Failure to provide goods & services

I closed a deal and offered Vinylguard a $1000.00 deposit to get a deck fencing comprising 3 surfaces having a pre-existing top. I settled a 1-3 deposit at that time of purchase in July of $4446.00.By today, I’ve received nothing. Despite all my numerous telephone calls to Mr. Dave Posch and also the sales team, I've only a light check-book. The building permits haven't been submitted with my township.installment day was initially guaranteed by October 31st 2003. I attempted to make contact with Mr. Jeffrey Harrington, the leader of Vinylguard but never obtained an identification or any motion. I submitted a problem using the Pennsylvania Lawyer General’s Allentown PA Workplace when the initiatives of the Greater Business Office were exhausted. Lawsuit is imminent and also the Lawyer General’s workplace is studying over 14 extra grievances from this organization. Contact their workplace if you should be a target of poor craftsmanship, disappointment to create repairs included in the guarantee or inability to supply products & solutions.
