I’m the supervisor of the 20 unit residence.in Miami. The residence today possesses 2 coin-operated dryer and 2 cleaners, among our dryer have now been down for more than 3 months today and we're looking to get support from Whirlpool without any fortune, the dryer is under warranty.

The very first support demand was created and that I obtained a phone in the technology. From The & E stating easily don't have my bill, he can't do the support.

I wanted another demand support with my bill. On 6-3-06 I received a call at 9:16am from a tech at A&E asking me what the problem is and told me that he will be at the property in 45 min. I quit my house towards the property and obtained another phone at 9:53 am in the technology stating he was in the home, I told him where the washing area was and advised him I had been on my method to satisfy him. I acquired another phone at 10:04 am stating the dryer was functioning good also it was a problem using the power outlet, I informed the technology I’m about a minute in the home if he might watch for me since I really could not determine what he was saying because he talked little Language, he declined to hold back and explained he'd additional calls which I had been overdue to satisfy him, I attempted to describe to him that people had the outlet examined also it works good and that I require him to exhibit me that which was wrong he Nevertheless declined to hold back and got unpleasant and hung-up the telephone on me.

After I get to the home, the plug was resting about the dryer when I quit it using the out-of support notice and also the energy was down to both device since it was blocked in from the technology. I named A & E and was placed on store for fifteen minutes, I called back and described my issue but got no answer From The & E.

Today I’ll clarify what our issue is:

We've dryer Number 1 & Dryer # 2 along side store Number 1 for dryer # 1 & store #2 for dryer # 2.

Dryer #1 works good, but dryer # 2 visits the breaker when it’s connected to store #2. Easily connect dryer # 1 into store Number 2, it works good, easily connect dryer # 2 into store # 1 it excursions that breaker likewise. It’s an easy check to determine that anything on dryer #2 is creating this.

I'd prefer to enroll a protest against that technology. As well as the company company. A & e. After 2 demand I’m back towards the starting where I've to obtain another phone again.
