Collected Payment & Failed to Provide Services

I previously posted a complaint about Empwerment USA Group in Florida for failure to provide tax services promised and failure to provide a refund even though I received an e-mail from the owner Charles Mcgriff stating he would refund my deposit. I was waiting for my refund so as to remove the negative comments against this not reputable company. As I have not received this refund I felt it incumbent on myself to update this case so that others may not encounter the same problem. You may draw your own conclusions but I would look more deeply for a reputable company whose website has a valid phone number and address as this company's website no longer contains accurate contact information. I am prsuing my refund by contacting the BBB the Florida Attorney Generals Office and the Florida legal system. Beware.
