The company has been in discussions with the Bureau regarding the causes of the suspension and has implemented internal processes to reduce complaints. The company appealed the suspension and the matter was reviewed by the Bureau's Board of Directors in December. It was decided that the suspension status remain and be re-evaluated by the Board at a later date.
