Aimee Fowler Failure to deliver goods/services: Failure to return deposit: Failure to pay civil court judgement

Believe me this is the short version.

My initial contact with AJ Kennels was to inquire if they had any puppies available. This was by email back in December. I talked with Aimee Fowler by phone a number of times prior to my husband and I placing a deposit on January 7. We also exchanged emails. I asked on more than one occasion if my husband and I could come and see the puppies, where they were raised, as well as seeing the sire and the dam. Aimee repeatedly said that was no problem.

My husband and I selected a puppy and I again asked if we could visit within the next couple of weeks, and Aimee said yes. We placed a $500 deposit. After receiving the deposit, we hadnt heard anything about our upcoming visit so I inquired again. I received an email on January 13 from Aimee advising we could not visit.in this email she acknowledges that she had previously agreed we could. I also spoke with her by phone where she acknowledged she had told us a visit was okay but after talking with her husband, decided it was not.
I tried to discuss this with Aimee with no success. Prior to receiving the deposit, she was quick to return email and phone calls, after receiving the deposit this changed.

On January 23, we filed a complaint with the Nebraska Attorney General. We again requested our deposit be returned as the terms of the agreement had been changed by Aimee. The Nebraska Attorney General closed the complaint prior to resolution due to budget constraints.

On November 16, we filed a small claims action in Dixon County Nebraska. The court ruled in our favor on June 22.

As of July 28, we have yet to see any money.
