Purchased a PHDI on December 23for the amount of $459.00 which came with a (30) day guarantee. After receiving the package, the service was not as stated
and so returned the package via priority mail. Called PHDI numerous times and sales person was rude and offensive and hung up. Filed a summons with endorsed complaint with the Civil Court Of The City Of New
York County Of New York. Also with BBB. On September 9, Sheriff Of County Of San Diego returned letter stating that the process is being returned without
service for the following reason/s: Party apparently evading service. William B. Klender, Sheriff
