Ridiculous customer service policy

I went to this store at noon to return two lipsticks, which were new and never used, our only fault was that my wife lost the receipt voucher, and couldnt find it. I explained this to a black tall lady in customer service office and she made fun of us, because they coudnot refund the money even an store credit. So I asked her what is the way walmart can help in this issue to an old customer of walmart, she laughed and said there is no way to help me with this issue, I insisted and show that they were new. She turned around and continue her work without paying attention to the customer.
I will never go to walmart to buy anything, because they make fun of the customers, they have to change their way the staff takes care of customers.
