Cannot Transfer Debit Card Balance to New Walmart Card

I was at the store in Walmart in Ephrata, PA and have some food so the cashier swap a lot it times nothing happen I have 59.? In my debit card and I want to transfer that money from my new Walmart debit and is already activated for the year 14 and I am embarrass buying food in the same Walmart don't want to help me so I maybe going to send an investigator FBI to get my money if you don't do nothing. I want my money back or transfer to my new activated already Walmart card I want that money and I can't go in to Walmart store they don't help me and I call the customer service and the lady said yes your money is there and I ask what I can do to get the money for a card don't work so not respond so now I have to transfer this email to the FBI to investigate why if I have money can't transfer to the new Walmart card...
