Poor service at Louisville store and no reply to complaint

I have experienced not 1 or 2 or even 3 situations of poor customer service within 2 months from this Walmart store. I wrote to the company and they could not even reply to my complaint. I am proud to say that I spent all of Black Friday in every store except Walmart. I would rather pay $1 more and shop at a store that understands customer service. Thank you for the opportunity to let others know you don't have to accept being treated like that. There are always other places to shop. Vickie
