Walmart
Bad service

I received an ILO Tv purchased through walmart.com as a gift back in July. I had no use for the TV until June and I took it out of the package and plugged it in and it worked for 15 minutes and shut off. I tried to return it to my local walmart and called a rep at walmart.com to see if I could get a store credit or refund and I was refused. The return policy clearly states that damaged or defective equipment can be returned for a refund and the people at walmart refused to honor the return policy and turned me away.
