No refunds issued, no reply to inquiries

I put an order with this specific organization on 11/24 and consequently delivered some of the purchase. After battling to acquire a "delivered merchandise agreement" and undoubtedly being charged for that return delivery ($1 significantly more than the contracted price, may I include) Frank Bee has not acknowledged my consideration over 30 days later. I'd need all to remain from the corporation no matter what. They're criminals and worse, totally inexperienced.
