Frank Whitmore had been ordering signs from us for about a year and we delivered him signs every week and never had no problem for 8 months then on one batch of signs he ordered he gave us the wrong phone numer and said he needed a rush order so I printed the order with the phone number given and when I dropped them off the next morning he calls pissed off and said he was going to stop payment on check after we had delivered the signs, I would not conduct business with Frank Whitmore now we owe our bank money and he got free signs.
