Fighting for my refund!

I've been battling with NBC Universal Shop since Dec! I requested an in stock top to get a Holiday present on Dec. 6, to become delivered on Dec. 10. Never received any term from their store after my purchase confirmation email, nevertheless when them did not seem by Dec. 21st, I examined the website also it confirmed backordered without any new delivery time. On Dec. 27th, I named and terminated the purchase, nevertheless shown as backordered. The lady explained when it came anyhow, I ought to reject shipping. After I questioned why them could be delivered easily was rescheduling it, she mentioned it occasionally occurs! Affirmed, on Jan. Second, they delivered it and that I declined shipping when it arrived. Since that time there has been unanswered emails to customer support, and 5 telephone calls to try and get my cash back. To date, I've gotten the buying price of the tshirt returned but am still battling for my delivery costs to be acknowledged. Everybody I've voiced to (someone different with each phone) includes a fresh tale by whatis happening, including Sean who explained they do not take cancellations on purchases and thats why I'dnot gotten a return! All of them stated that only administrators might credit my consideration, and undoubtedly there's never a boss available. Appreciate gooodness I applied Paypal, that appears to be the one thing that gets their curiosity after I contact. It's been happening for nearly a few months. I'll NEVER purchase something from NBC again.
