Bad customer service

We're having issues with Renowned Tateis support aswell. Your Frigidair Machine bought 03/03/08 smashed on Christmas Event while cleaning clothes. The push broke & flooded our scrub room, storage, home and dining room. We'd outoftown visitors & mom lately released from clinic after struggling with swing. Due to vacations we couldn't contact foot until Friday morning, 12/26/08.

Support company arrived to the home following Wednesday morning, 12/30/08, & informed girlfriend a cable from an underwire bra took up the push. I am not lacking any cable from my underwire bras! Technician said it'll consider four to six business days to ship component. I approached Jack Ryan, sales mgr, about period of time for delivery component. He wasn't supportive to the scenario. We've laundry piled-up in the previous week & an unacceptable mom who demands continuous treatment. Contemplating machine is significantly less than yr-old, he didn't provide a loaner or alternative. Their perspective was also poor, you will have to delay. I expected him why support company couldn't overnight component like my suppliers do at the office. He explained they will help delivery.

Well, 14 days afterwards 01/07/09, the part nevertheless has not come in.incorrect part arrived in & they've to back-order component. We cannot visit a laundry mat. Popular Tate however has not agreed to substitute the machine or provide a loaner. Their attitude towards customer support is the fact that it is my issue and certainly will not provide any aid additional waiting it out! Jack Ryan declined to displace the washer.

We shall not purchase another equipment from Renowned Tate! The support supervisoris perspective was flippant.
