I bought a long guarantee on my desk-top. While among my devices failed, I required support. I had been informed the component could be requested and that I could be approached when it had been obtained. After not reading for months, usually getting various and inconsistent info. First, the component was on back-order, then I had been informed the component was in (I had been provided a following range) along with a technology might contact to plan something dage. While no technology named, I contacted the organization again and that I was informed the component simply arrived for the reason that evening and again, a technology might call. After I received no-call from the technology, I named again and got the same kind of run around. Lastly a technology named and support was planned... But alas, they'd requested the incorrect component. I had been guaranteed from the technology the support could be expedited. It's now been another week now I'm recommended the component is on back-order again. The component won't maintain for another week after which I've to hold back for that technology to contact. This can be a number company. They're just thinking about the purchase... Support isn't area of the objective.
